How to Join the contest?
YOU MUST BE A FORMER CG COSMETIC PATIENT
Fill the form below and upload your before and after pictures.
- If you need before images we can use the one taken in your preop-evaluation, please let us know.
- If you need to hide parts of you body such as: tattoos, birth marks please just let us know.
Preselection Requirements
- Must be a CG Cosmetic Surgery Patient.
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Avoid any explicit sexual reference.
- Share your face and name or nickname.
- Tagging is not mandatory to participate but it is recommended.

The form submission is now closed. If you have any questions please reach out to us on Instagram.
There will be a preselection of the best pictures and we are going to post it daily in our INSTAGRAM feed, in a carrousel with 9 contestants, at the end of the day, where you can vote for your favorite results.
Those posts will be on vote for a whole week MONDAY Sept 6th to FRIDAY Sept 10th and the most voted contestant on each post by MONDAY Sept 11th will be a finalist.
The following Tuesday Sept 7th will be a Wild Card opportunity for all the contestants who finished 2nd each day, and the most voted in the next 24h will be our Sixth and last Finalist (To be selected on Wednesday Sept 13th).

WILD CARD
There will be an opportunity to become finalist to all the contestants who finished 2nd each day on the semifinal votes, the most voted in the following 24h of Wild Card day, will be our Sixth and last Finalist.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking to empower women in their free will to transform their bodies and showcase how plastic surgery helps people not only to improve her physical appearance but also their confidence and mental health.
CATEGORIES
The 2 most liked pictures by category during our SEMIFINALS will be competing in our stories (SATURDAY Oct 2nd) to become the winners of each category and will all be announced on October 3rd BEFORE THE MISS CG COSMETIC 2021 winner annoucement.

THE FINALS
Each finalist will record a video showcasing her results and explaining her journey, how plastic surgery has changed her life and what made them decide to transform their bodies. You will have one week to film and send to us the videos and we will do the edition of them to make them all look similar and give them all the same opportunities. We are going to post a daily finalist video starting September 27th till Saturday, October 2nd. The most liked video in 24 hours will be crowned as Miss CG Cosmetic 2021
DEADLINE TO SEND YOUR VIDEOS: SEPTEMBER 24TH 2021 (If you don't send your video on time you are getting automatically disqualified)
The winner will be crown as the first Miss CG Cosmetic and will get a cash prize of $1000 and a 50u Botox session in our facility. As our ambassador, Miss CG Cosmetic 2021 will be featured the whole year in our Highlights and promoted on our social media channels.
