You had children and your breasts are not as perky as they were before. Or, perhaps aging and gravity have taken their toll. Don't despair; there's help available! Miami breast lift patients can fix sagging breasts in no time. And, while you're at it, you may want to consider a breast augmentation.
What is a Breast Lift?
This type of plastic surgery reshapes and raises your breasts so they no longer sag. The procedure can be done with, or without, breast implants. Your surgeon will perform a series of incisions that will allow for excess skin to be removed. The nipple is repositioned. The breast lift simply raises your breasts, but implants, if you decide to have them done in conjunction with a breast lift, will make them fuller.
What to Expect
You will experience some bruising, swelling and soreness -- all are normal with this type of plastic surgery. You will also have to wear a special bra for some time. And, some scarring is to be expected. You may temporarily lose some nipple sensation, but as you heal, it usually comes back. As with any surgery, there are risks you need to consider, such as infection, excessive bleeding and a reaction to anesthesia.
